Refund & Return Policy


This policy outlines our terms for returns and refunds. By making a purchase on alackar.com, you agree to these terms.

1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We stand by the quality of our Stravos products. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns and provide refunds for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Conditions for a Valid Return:

  • The item must be damaged, broken, or defective.
  • You must report the damage to our customer support team within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • You must provide clear photos or a video of the damaged product and its packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • We do not accept returns for products if you change your mind.
  • We do not accept returns for used products.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return for a Damaged Item:

  1. Contact our customer support team at customercare@alackar.com or call us at +91-89250 08553 with your order number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photos or a video.
  2. Once we review and approve your return request, we will arrange for a free pickup of the damaged product through our delivery partner, Shiprocket.
  3. Upon receipt of the damaged item at our facility, we will conduct an inspection. If the damage is verified, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.

2. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have been notified of an approved refund but have not received it within 7-10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@alackar.com or call us at +91-89250 08553.
